Short answer: Our U.S. pop-ups are in Los Angeles, at 1220 Abbot Kinney Boulevard in Venice, and in Chicago, at 901 North Rush Street in the Gold Coast, and our first permanent U.S. store opens at 160 Fifth Avenue in New York in spring 2027. In Canada, we have four permanent stores in Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver and Calgary, with Edmonton opening at West Edmonton Mall on November 18, 2026. No appointment is needed: walk in during store hours to try our sofas and beds, take home fabric swatches and get free help from our design team.
A sofa is a big purchase, and many of our customers want to sit on it before they buy it. That is why we opened stores and pop-ups in the cities where our customers live. Below you will find each location, its address and hours, and what you can see there. Cozey was founded in Montreal in 2019 and launched online in 2020, and we opened our first store in Toronto in 2024.

Los Angeles pop-up: Abbot Kinney, Venice
Our Los Angeles pop-up is at 1220 Abbot Kinney Boulevard in Venice, and it is open now. It opened on April 8, 2026, as a 1,760 sq. ft. showroom. LA is our second-largest market in the U.S.

Our New York flagship opens in spring 2027 at 160 Fifth Avenue, at the corner of West 21st Street in the Flatiron District. At about 10,000 sq. ft., it will be our largest store and our first permanent store in the U.S.

Why Flatiron
New York was our first U.S. city in person. We ran a pop-up in SoHo from fall 2024 to January 2025, then came back with a six-month pop-up in the Flatiron District from July 2025 to January 2026. The response in Flatiron was strong enough that we decided our flagship belonged there, a few blocks from where the pop-up stood.
160 Fifth Avenue is a landmark: an 1891 building designed by architect R.H. Robertson, with high ceilings and more than 50 feet of frontage on Fifth Avenue. We cannot wait to fill it with sofas.
Built for New York apartments
New York living comes with tight stairwells, small elevators and living rooms that double as guest rooms. Our sofas ship in compact boxes designed to fit through tight doors, and our sleeper sofas give a one-bedroom a real guest bed. The flagship will have room to show all of it.

Toronto store: Queen West at Ossington
Our Toronto flagship is at 1026 Queen Street West, at Ossington, in the West Queen West neighborhood by Trinity Bellwoods. It was our very first store, opened in March 2024, and in October 2026 we doubled it to 7,200 sq. ft. over two floors so there is room for everything we make, from modular sofas to beds, mattresses, dining and rugs.

Why Toronto was first
Toronto has always been our biggest market, so it is where we learned how to do retail. Store manager Taurean Scotland has been with the Queen Street store since day one. Our customers kept the store busy enough that we took over the floor above in 2026 to give everyone more space to browse.

Montreal store: Sainte-Catherine at Peel
Our Montreal store is at 1020 Sainte-Catherine Street West, at the corner of Peel, in downtown Montreal. Opened on September 24, 2026, it is our first permanent store in the city where Cozey started, with the full collection on display, including living room, bedroom and mattresses.

Back where it started
Cozey began in Montreal. The very first Cozey sofa was designed for Montreal living: tight spiral staircases, compact apartments and furniture that has to make it through a third-floor walk-up door. That is why our sofas ship in compact boxes and go together without tools. Opening on Sainte-Catherine was a homecoming for us, and if you are furnishing a new place around Moving Day on July 1, this is the store built for you.

Vancouver store: Robson at Bute
Our Vancouver store is at 1168 Robson Street, between Thurlow and Bute, in the West End. It opened in November 2025 after our 2024 pop-up on Granville showed us how many Vancouverites wanted to try Cozey in person. Vancouver is our second-largest market in Canada.

Built for small-space living
A lot of our Vancouver customers live in condos and apartments where every square foot counts. Modular furniture makes sense here: start with a loveseat, add a chaise or a seat when you move, and take it with you through an elevator. Why Calgary
Calgary is our third-largest market in Canada, after Toronto and Vancouver, and Calgarians had been asking for a store for a long time. When we announced the opening, more than 250 past customers RSVPed for the launch within a day. And if you just want to warm up on a cold day, come in and sit on a sofa. That is what they are there for.

Why a mall this time
Most of our stores are on city streets, like Queen West, Robson and 17th Avenue. In Edmonton, West Edmonton Mall is where people shop, especially through the winter, so that is where we are going. Same Cozey store, same prices, just indoors.
