The Cozey mattress typically expands within 30 minutes and can often be used the same day. Full expansion may continue over the next 24 to 48 hours depending on room temperature and ventilation.

Cozey uses CertiPUR-US certified foams that meet safety and emissions standards. The certification confirms compliance in the following areas:

• Heavy metals
• Formaldehyde
• Phthalates
• Low VOC emissions

Cozey recommends rotating the mattress every four to six months. The mattress should only be rotated and never flipped.

The Cozey mattress may release a temporary smell when first unboxed, which is a normal part of foam expansion. The odor is not harmful and usually dissipates after a short period once the mattress is allowed to air out.
