Every Cozey sofa ships its legs and hardware with the module boxes, but which box carries them depends on the collection. This guide lists, for every sofa collection, what's in each box, every hardware box and bag, and where the legs are packed, so customers and the Customer Happiness team can find them fast.

Before you contact us: where the legs hide
Orian and Neptune: look under the arms first. The legs that ship with the arms are packed underneath the one of the arms, in a zipper compartment. It's the spot people miss most.
What a leg kit is. Legs come with the same number of protective washers and anti slip pads (Neptune uses felt pads). If you have 8 legs, you should also have 8 washers and 8 pads.
Box numbers. Every carton has a number printed on it. The tables below are sorted by that number, so start with the number on your box.
Hardware codes. Codes like HW1 or HWB only mean something together with the collection name. A Cassini HW1 holds 9 legs; a Ciello HW1 holds 4.
Spare connectors are normal. Module connectors clip under two neighbouring seats to hold them together. If you have some left over, that's expected: keep them in case you rearrange your sofa later.

Cassini
Cassini legs ship inside the seat boxes. Each seat base has a zipper compartment underneath with a hardware box (legs, protective washers, anti slip pads) and 2 bags with 1 module connector each. Backrests and armrests ship without legs because their legs are already counted in the seat box. The ottoman's hardware box is packed inside the ottoman. Cassini legs are black plastic and screw into the underside of the seat bases, backrests and armrests: put a washer on each leg before screwing it in, then stick an anti slip pad under it.

Common questions
My backrest or armrest box has no legs. Is something missing? No. Their legs ship in the seat box they attach to.
How many legs should my Cassini have? Add the legs for each seat box and the ottoman on your order. Example: left seat + armless seat + right seat = 8 + 6 + 8 = 22 legs, 22 washers and 22 anti slip pads.
I have leftover module connectors. That's normal. Keep them in case you rearrange your sofa later.
Ciello and Ciello XL (hidden module connectors)
On the current Ciello and Ciello XL, every seat, backrest, corner backrest, ottoman and chaise box carries its own leg kit, packed inside the unit with the cushion insert. Backrests stand on their own legs, which is why backrest boxes have hardware too. Ciello and Ciello XL use exactly the same hardware. If your legs are rectangular wood, see the next section.

Common questions
How many legs does one Ciello seat need? An armless seat with its backrest uses 6 legs (4 + 2) and comes with 2 module connectors. A corner seat with its corner backrests uses 8 legs (4 + 4) and also comes with 2 module connectors.
My ottoman or chaise has no module connector. That's normal. The connectors that join them come from the seat and backrest boxes.
I have leftover module connectors. Keep them for future reconfiguration.
Ciello and Ciello XL (visible V-clip module connectors)
Earlier Ciello and Ciello XL sofas use rectangular wood legs with a built in screw. Almost every box carries its own hardware box with legs, protective washers and floor protectors (anti slip pads), packed inside the unit. These versions have no module connectors as the seats already have visible hardware (V-clips) on the sides; the chaise attaches with U connectors and hand screws. On Ciello the covers come already on the units; on Ciello XL the arm, backrest and chaise cushion covers ship inside their module boxes.

| HW2 | Hardware bag | Inside the HW5 box | Ciello: 2 U connectors, 2 hand screws. Ciello XL: the same, plus 1 coloured connector protector and 1 coloured receiver protector |
Common questions
Can I replace my wood legs? No. Wood legs cannot be replaced with the current black plastic legs. They are not compatible.
Where are the chaise connectors? In the HW5 box packed with the chaise extension, inside the HW2 bag.
Gaia and Gaia XL
On Gaia and Gaia XL, only the seat boxes and the storage ottoman box carry legs. Each seat comes with a hardware box of 4 legs, 4 protective washers, 4 anti slip pads and 1 module connector, packed with the cushion insert inside the seat. Backrest and corner backrest panels have no legs because they slide into the seat. A chaise or plateau uses the storage ottoman. Gaia and Gaia XL use exactly the same hardware.

Common questions
My Gaia backrest box has no legs or hardware. That's normal. Backrest panels slide into the seat, and their bracket hardware is in the cover kit bag.
I have an extra module connector. Is that a mistake? No. Every Gaia comes with one spare: a 3 seater gets 3 connectors but only uses 2 at the front, because the backrests are held together by brackets. You can use the spare to turn your ottoman into a chaise or plateau.
I have extra button screws. Only two are needed per configuration. Keep the rest for later.
Atmosphere (regular, storage and round backrest)
On Atmosphere, legs ship with the seats and ottomans only. Corner seats come with 8 legs, armless seats with 6, and every ottoman with 4. Each seat box also includes 2 module connectors. In the seats, the hardware is inside the seat in the zipper compartment; in the ottomans, it's inside the ottoman. Backrests and the universal arm have no legs.

Common questions
My Atmosphere backrest box has no legs. That's normal. Atmosphere backrests ship without legs; the legs are in the seat boxes.
How many legs should my Atmosphere have? Add 8 per corner seat, 6 per armless seat and 4 per ottoman. Example: 2 corner seats + 1 armless seat + 1 ottoman = 8 + 8 + 6 + 4 = 26 legs.
I have leftover module connectors. Keep them in case you reconfigure later.
Atmosphere Sleeper
On the Atmosphere Sleeper, the sleeper seat boxes don't contain legs. Each sleeper module gets its own separate hardware box, in the same delivery. The sectional seat box carries its own 8 legs and 2 module connectors. Backrests and the universal arm have no legs. The Sleeper has no chaise or plateau setup.

Common questions
I opened my sleeper seat and there are no legs. That's expected. Look for the separate hardware box in your delivery; it holds the legs, washers and pads for your sleeper modules.
What are the connector caps for? They're part of the sleeper hardware and ship in the same box as the sleeper legs.
Orian
On the Orian, the legs are packed with the backrests, not the seats. The legs for the arms are underneath the arms, in a zipper compartment, which is easy to miss. In the backrest boxes, the hardware box is loose in the box. The ottoman's legs are inside the ottoman. Orian has no module connectors, and covers come already on the units, so there are no cover bags.

Common questions
I opened my Orian seat box and there are no legs. That's normal. Open the backrest box for that seat; the hardware box with the legs is loose in the box.
I can't find the legs for my arms. They're underneath one of the arms, in a zipper compartment. Look under the arms and open the zipper: the 4 legs, 4 washers and 4 anti slip pads are in there.
My corner seat has no legs. All 8 legs for the corner module are in the left corner backrest box (box 8). The right corner backrest box has none.
Neptune
Neptune uses connector legs: each one is fixed with a hand screw and finished with a plastic cap and a felt pad. Connector legs ship with the backrests, arms and corner back cushions. The legs for the arms are underneath the arms, in a zipper compartment, which is easy to miss. In the backrest and corner back cushion boxes, the hardware box is loose in the box. The storage ottoman uses 4 regular legs, packed inside the ottoman. Seat boxes and headrests have no legs, covers come already attached to the units, and there are no module connectors.

Why are there legs in my corner back cushion box? That box carries 3 connector legs, 3 hand screws, 3 plastic caps and 3 felt pads. You’ll need them for assembly.
