CozeyProtection+ provides peace of mind by extending coverage to all damage not covered by our standard manufacturing warranty. Coverage is available for three years following the delivery of your covered purchase. Coverage is non-transferable, and claims must be made using the same email account used for the purchase. This premium coverage ensures your furniture remains in great condition for years to come.
Purchases covered by CozeyProtection+ can receive replacements for fabric damage, including stains and rips, and damaged modules, such as accidental module breaks, with a flat rate of $49 per module or part replaced. Over the three-year coverage period, you can replace the same number of modules as originally purchased.
To file a claim, contact support@cozey.com and provide pictures and a description of the issue. Claims will be reviewed within 24 hours. Claims must be made using the same customer account and email used to purchase the premium coverage. There are no additional fees or deductibles apart from the $49 flat fee per module or cushion replacement. The number of claims is limited to the original number of modules received.
You are required to provide adequate documentation when filing a claim. This includes pictures, videos, and a detailed description of the damage when requested. This documentation helps us ensure a quick and efficient replacement process.
Our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects, while our premium CozeyProtection+ coverage extends protection to all other damages. This plan allows you to enjoy your sofas for years, knowing you can replace damaged modules affordably and easily.
Initially, this program will be available exclusively in United States and will cover Cozey Sofas, Sections, and Sofa-Beds only. CozeyProtection+ coverage on eligible products can be purchased from the product page and in the cart before checkout. Coverage can also be purchased before the shipment of your eligible order by reaching out directly to our Customer Happiness Team. Coverage is non-transferable, and claims must be made using the same email account used for the purchase.
The CozeyProtection+ plan covers only the modules purchased with the plan and is not transferable if you sell or give away your purchase. Coverage begins at delivery and lasts for three years. It is not available for customers outside United States or if you move to a different country. Any modifications to the sofa post-purchase will only be covered if they fall within the original modules covered. CozeyProtection+ does not cover commercial purchases or damages caused by fires, floods, or other natural disasters.
CozeyProtection+ can be cancelled within our 30-Day Risk-Free Trial. Eligible returns of entire purchases covered by CozeyProtection+ will also receive a refund for the premium coverage cost. Partial returns of purchases covered by CozeyProtection+ are not eligible for reimbursements of premium coverage if the covered tier is modified.
CozeyProtection+ covers all damages outside the standard limited warranty. Our standard limited warranty covers all manufacturer defects not linked to modifications or accidental damages. CozeyProtection+ can be used to cover more involved damages like rips and tears, set-in stains, broken modules due to accident, and similar damages.
About CozeyProtection+ ->CozeyProtection+ coverage is applicable to your covered products for 3 years, starting from the date your sofa, sectional, or module is delivered to you.
CozeyProtection+ coverage pricing is automatically and dynamically calculated upon checkout – pricing is dynamic and depends on the value of the combined seating products in your cart. You can replace up to as many modules as your sofa or sectional is comprised of. For example, you may replace up to 3 parts/modules for a 3-seater.
CozeyProtection+ can be purchased anytime before your sofa is shipped to you. If you’ve placed an order without CozeyProtection+ and change your mind, please contact our support team as soon as possible, and we’ll help you purchase your CozeyProtection+ coverage in time ahead of your delivery.
Yes – financing will simply be applied to the total value of your cart, which includes your products, and the CozeyProtection+ coverage.

No, CozeyProtection+ is only available for products purchased directly through Cozey. Products bought through third-party retailers are not eligible for CozeyProtection+ coverage.
CozeyProtection+ can be cancelled within our 30-Day Risk Free Trial. Eligible returns of entire purchases covered by CozeyProtection+ will also receive a refund for the premium coverage cost. Partial returns, which may impact the value of coverage tier, are not eligible for partial refunds on the change in value of the CozeyProtection+ coverage tier.
If you decide to return a product covered by CozeyProtection+, you will receive a refund for the protected if you return the entire product within the eligible return period. Partial returns that result in a change in the protected tier are not eligible for partial refunds of the CozeyProtection+ protected.
In some cases, yes. In order to be as sustainable as possible, certain parts can be recycled or refurbished and given a second life. We will provide instructions on how to return these parts to us. However, in some instances, we may request that you dispose of the damaged part or module locally, and we will send you a replacement. Our support team will inform you of the appropriate steps to take when you file your claim.
