Functional and comfortable

Very functional. Comfortable with lots of storage which is easy accessible. Highly recommend pairing this with a sofa instead of buying a chaise.

Great sofa. Easy to assemble, but two people are needed for assembly. Very comfortable and looks great - have to fluff it up sometimes but that just takes a few seconds. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Customer Service

Customer service was incredible. I had ordered the XL in a different color, but it was a little too deep, especially in the corner where it sagged. Replaced it with the opal white, regular seat-depth and everyone we dealt with in customer service was so helpful. Now we have the couch of our dreams. Couch and customer service are excellent!

The couch is so easy to assemble and super comfy! It also looks great in our space. We were only originally delivered 9/10 packages because the shipper lost a piece of our couch. I reached out to customer service and they immediately sent me a replacement for the missing piece and a I received it promptly. I was very happy with their service! Would definitely recommend Cozey!
